Show Notes

Kelly Bell has been rockin’ the Mid-Atlantic for decades. His unique blend of rock, blues and funk has influenced the entire Baltimore music scene for a lot of years and by the looks of it, he’s nowhere near finished.

Still on the heels of his latest release ‘Know My Name’ he can be found crisscrossing the region celebrating life, light and funk. Whether he’s rockin’ a stage or droppin’ The People’s Elbow in a wrestlin’ ring, he’s always here moving us with his soulful voice and big personality.

I couldn’t be happier to have Kelly on the show to find out where it all started for this ‘Homegrown’ artist – one thing is for sure, when it comes to rhythm and blues, he’s been on the ‘Long Train’ and in the words of Bon Scott knows 'It’s a long way to the top if you want to rock n’ roll.'
